Register

1. How to register as a user ?

Download our app by app store or google play store, register with phone number and you're all set !

2. Can I register without a phone number ?

In ONIU, we don't provide 3rd-party login methods due to the lack of privacy and security. Your phone number will only be kept in our servers for account binding and your information won't be sold to another company for other purposes.

3. Can I register without uploading a profile picture ?

Yes you can. But keep in mind, your hosts need to find you so keep in contact with your hosts for a better experience.

Top-Up

1. How do I top-up into my ONIU account ?

When you download the ONIU app and registered yourself into the app, on the profile page on the bottom right corner of the app click that, and scroll down to the wallet tab, and follow the steps and you'll be on your way.

2. Why does the payment gateway looks weird ?

ONIU has its own private payment gateway to ensure your anonymity and privacy to and from your bank account. Don't worry we got you covered.

Bookings

1. Why my booking is not accepted by our hosts ?

Our hosts have the rights to accept or decline your booking to their liking, if your booking is not accepted your fees will be refunded back into your account.

2. What if I booked a host and they no show or reply ?

In this scenario, your booking will be FULLY REFUNDED due to the lack of response from the host.

3. What if the host is not same as the picture ?

In this scenario, your request will be issued to our customer service to look into this matter. You will still be charged a MINIMAL FEE for the expenses of our hosts. The amount will be justified by our hosts and our admin will give a REASONABLE price as well as to protect the best interest of our clients and our host.

4. What if I didn't check out after the event ?

In our system, if you DIDNT check out after the event has ended, our system will automatically cut off and WILL NOT charge for extra time.

5. What if I want to end before the event ends ?  

In the best interest of our hosts, the FULL AMOUNT of the event will be charged to you, no matter when is it before the end time. After the check-in process is done, ONIU will hold the FULL amount of the event until the end of the event it will be transferred to our hosts. The time and cost between is NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. What happens if the host is missing after check-in ?

You can update this issue to our admin, we will investigate this issue internally with our hosts. If the problem is with our hosts, we WILL REFUND a REASONABLE amount depending the severity of the situation. If the fault is with the user then there will be NO REFUND.

Suspended

1. Why is my account suspended ?

User's account is suspended due to inappropriate behavior that violates the rules and regulations of ONIU App. We've taken this precaution to protect our host while we make sure that the meet up activity doesn't cause harm.

 

Account suspended might due to, high demand and request for private meeting, fake profile picture is used, sexual related conversation shows disrespect to host.

1. Why can't I send more than 3 messages to the host the first time ?

To ensure our hosts don't get harassed by users on the first time, until our hosts replies you, you can resume talking to them. Be nice to our hosts guys 😉
